Szechuan Chicken


 This food is the main food that must exist in every Chinese New Year celebration. Szechuan chicken recipe is a little complex because it is made from chicken meat mixed with various spices, certainly will produce a delicious Szechuan chicken.

Ingredients :
• 250 grams boneless chicken meat, cut into 2 × 2 cm

Soaking, mix :
• 2 cloves garlic, grated
• ½ teaspoon sesame oil
• 1 tablespoon soy sauce
• 1 tablespoon soy sauce
• 1 teaspoon ang ciu (chinese red wine)
• 1 tablespoon oyster sauce
• 1 piece star anise
• ½ teaspoon black pepper

Seasonings :
• 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
• 1 clove garlic, crushed
• 50 grams of green pepper, cut into small
• 50 grams of red pepper, cut into small
• 4 pieces of dried red chili, cut into rough
• 200 ml water

Method :
1. Stir the chicken pieces with soaking until blended. Let stand for 30 minutes.
2. Heat a frying pan. Saute garlic until golden.
3. Enter the following chicken marinade. Stir until stiff cock.
4. Add dried red chili peppers and stir well.
5. Pour water and cook until the water runs out and the chicken is tender. Lift.
6. Serve warm.
